what is squwilly?
squwilly is a good cup of tea, a beautiful sunset, going snowboarding with your buddies, a tasty peanut-butter sandwich or lying under a big tree on a hot summers afternoon. squwilly is fun, happy, exciting, exhilerating, inspiring, cool, sexy, chilled and openminded. squwilly is all of the these and more, it's whatever you want it to be as long as it's good for your soul.
that is the ethos behind squwilly design.
graphic + web design
squwilly aims to deliver clean, cool, fun, contemporary design solutions across a range of displines. the majority of my design experience has been print based material for the top-end leisure industry, such as luxury hotels, golf resorts/developers and exclusive sporting and property agents.
I design, develop and implement brand identities. I design corporate literature including annual reports, promotional material and visual displays for corporate events.
more and more of my time is spent designing and building new websites as well as refreshing and updating existing web material. also on the increase are e-newsletters and other e-communcations.
illustration
as well as graphic + web design, i am also involved in other projects including illustration based collaborations. these are both digital and freehand works or a combination of the two.
apparel
another side project to the graphic + web design work is the squwilly t-shirt project. this is a bit of fun that allows me to use my illustration and graphics on my own range of t-shirts. more info can be found under the t-shirt project pages.
100% renewable electricity
squwilly now uses good energy to provide electricity from 100% renewable sources such as wind, solar and wave. a small step to help reduce our carbon footprint, we've all got to do something because this rain is really doing my head in!
although i am based in dumfries, my client base is not limited to the dumfries & galloway area, but extends throughout the rest of scotland, the uk and internationally.
